Wow!!! What can I say. Their service is amazing. They cleaned my leather sofa and repaired all my cat scratches. My sofas look new again. So very happy with the out come. Would definitely recommend Arthur and Charlotte any time!!! Thank you so much. :)

Terrible customer service. After several unanswered calls to book an appointment I received a text back saying they were unable to answer the phone. Finally organised an appointment time only for no one to arrive. I finally had to text them 2 hours later asking if anyone was coming and got a text back saying there was a furniture emergency. No courtesy call. Waste of my time in every sense.
